The CMAC 2024 app will attempt to shutdown background GPS services when they are no longer needed.Notes:Pacesetter Technology develops apps for luxury clubs with background location services to enhance the club experience for their members or users.
The functionality includes alerting staff when a member (app holder) is approaching the property, allowing for a personal greeting.
We would prefer to use geofences for this, but they arent accurate enough according to Apples documentation and our testing so we spent significant time coming up with a way to do this that provides a great experience for our app-holders.
